Well I'm going to sound like an asshole again but be assured I'm not trying to. I little reading comprehension never hurt anybody. It never said who wrote it, no threats were ever made, there was no words that expressed anger. I'm not trying to start an argument, but from my point of view the MOTD was necessary. I've logged in and every channel had a couple people in it. If I just started moving people, that'd probably have pissed them off more. There was only a few people on when I wrote the MOTD, so it was my way of talking to everyone. It's not my fault they took it as an angry threat written by you when there was no sign of it being so.
